Overview

Olivier is an Analyst in SRI Executive’s Consulting Practice. With over a decade of professional experience across Europe, the U.S., and Latin America, Olivier has developed a strong foundation in strategic planning, stakeholder management, customer service and operational development.

Prior to joining SRI Executive, Olivier provided consulting support to global institutions such as the OPEC Fund and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), where he contributed to strategic performance reviews, organisational design, and governance projects. His earlier career in the hospitality sector – notably with Kempinski Hotels and Four Seasons – honed his skills in service excellence, sales strategy, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Olivier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hotel Management and Marketing from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland. Fluent in English, German, and Spanish, with working proficiency in French and Italian, he thrives in multicultural environments and is passionate about impactful, people-centred work.
