Overview

Victoria is a leadership development Coach devoted to facilitating the transformation of people and organisations. She brings a wealth of leadership insight following an international career in professional services firms and the FMCG industry.

At the heart of her work, Victoria acts as a change catalyst across borders and industries, leveraging diversity and multi-cultural perspectives to trigger the fuel for transformation that achieves greater joy, energy and productivity in organisations.

Victoria holds an MSc in Clinical Organisational Psychology, from HEC, Paris. She is an INSEAD accredited Coach and BPS verified assessor, and is registered to use a wide variety of psychometric instruments including MBTI, FIRO-B, 16PF, 360 Feedback, DiSC and ECI.

Key Projects

Victoria has worked across a variety of industries including the aerospace, banking, finance, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, automotive and energy sectors. Victoria also serves as an executive coach for the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre, ESMT Berlin and HEC.
