Abel is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and brings 5+ years of experience supporting organisations across different industries with Business and People Advisory Services. His expertise covers Organizational Effectiveness and Development, including People/HR Strategy Design, Organisation Structure Design, Change Management, Leadership Development, and more.

Before SRI, Abel worked with KPMG and Workforce Group in Nigeria and participated in the iLEAD Fellowship Programme by LEAP Africa.

Abel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from Ahmadu Bello University and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from HRCI.
