Temitope Richard-Banji (Temi) is SRI Executive’s Manager, Leadership. He oversees our work across Leadership Performance Assessments, Psychometrics & Assessments, Onboarding, Coaching, Team Effectiveness and Leadership Programmes as well as supporting new appointees for success.

Temi is a seasoned human capital and leadership consultant, boasting a decade of experience across Human Capital, Talent Management, HR Transformation, Leadership Development, Coaching, Culture and Change management. He has worked across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa with Accenture (EMEA), AND Digital (UK), Mastercard Foundation (Africa & Canada), Deloitte (West Africa), LEAP Africa (Nigeria), Access Bank (Nigeria), and Domestic and General Insurance (UK).

Temitope has collaboratively reshaped organizational cultures and operational paradigms; engaged with leadership at all levels; and has spearheaded initiatives in redefining work dynamics, managing transformative change, and fortifying talent management strategies.

On a personal note, Temi finds joy in the spirited game of football, traversing the globe, and relishing quality time with his family. He also dedicates time to mentoring young Africans on their career journeys
