Overview

Sharon works for SRI Executive Strategy as a Training and Performance Specialist and has extensive experience in this field. Sharon has developed and delivered complex learning and development strategies across the International Development, Climate Change, Sustainability, Conservation and Public sector.

Sharon has a strong understanding of the organisational dynamics and the complexities which can arise when implementing change within any organisation. As a former Director of the Hay Group, she has implemented performance management, training and leadership development programmes for many senior-level executives and global leaders across the world.

Sharon holds a BEd (Hons) from the University of Gloucestershire and a BSc and MA in Leadership and Management from the Open University, in the UK.

Sharon has worked on key strategy projects with clients including WorldFish, The International Maize and Wheat Improvement Centre (CIMMYT), The Centre for International Forestry Research (CIFOR), The International Water Management Institute (IWMI) and The International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI).
