Overview

Sehr Taneja is a Consultant at SRI Executive, leveraging over five years of experience in strategy, policy and communications.

Her prior experience has spanned the non-profit sector, where she co-founded a youth led organisation called Nayi Udaan, and the Indian Government where she served as Chief of Staff to a Member of Parliament. Most recently, Sehr served as Program Manager for G20 EMPOWER, which is the G20 alliance for empowerment and progression of women’s economic representation. In this role, Sehr partnered with stakeholders from public, private and multilateral institutions globally on a series of initiatives.

She led the launch of TechEquity, a global digital upskilling platform for women and the announcement of the EMPOWER 30 by 30 Pledge, driving organizations to focus on equity and representation in the workforce.

Sehr earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard University and a B.A. in international Relations from Pomona College.
