Overview

Ricardo has over 20 years’ experience in bid and tender management, project and change management, team management and development, having worked both in Europe and North-America with a variety of corporates and consultancies such as Prudential, AVIVA, Willis Towers Watson, AXA and Cigna. In recent years, Ricardo has focused his bid management work on the NGO and IGO markets, having worked at head office level with a number of key organisations in that segment.

Ricardo is energized by strategic thinking, problem-solving, team building and development. His work is underpinned by a deep appreciation and knowledge of the sector coupled with strong team and innovative approaches in bid development and delivery.

Ricardo holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Clark University in Massachusetts, United States of America and is certified to Practitioner Level by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
