Overview

Raj specialises in organisational development, change management, leadership development and performance management.He is an invaluable member of the SRI Executive team due to his diverse professional background and wealth of expertise. Raj has over 30 years’ experience in international director roles at multiple organisations within the not-for-profit and private sector.

Raj has a proven success of working with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategy, policies and processes. This experience, when combined with his specialisation in leadership development and performance management, makes his niche expertise and services invaluable. 

Raj has an MA in Human Resource Management from the Loyola College of Social Sciences.

Key Projects

Raj uses his leadership and HR expertise to lead on key projects including with the Global Water Partnership Organisation (GWPO), the New Development Bank (NDB) and the Green Climate Fund (GCF).
