Overview

Noelle is based in Nairobi, Kenya and is passionate about creating impact in the Development space. She comes with prior consulting experience with Ernst & Young (E&Y) and Smart Regional Consultants (SRC), where she partnered with clients including USAID, GIZ, World Bank-IFC, Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, and Mastercard Foundation, amongst others.

Noelle’s skills include strategy and business plan development, climate finance, impact investment, financial product development (especially agri-finance products) for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), organizational development including SME development, market and feasibility analysis, agricultural value chain analysis, financial modelling etc.

Noelle is currently pursuing an MSc in Development Finance from Strathmore Business School (SBS), and holds a Business Finance Certificate from the European Business University, and a BSc in Actuarial Science from the University of Nairobi.
