Maria has a background in human resources, developed through previous years working in NGOs, the private sector and educational institutions. This expertise provides her with the understanding and knowledge needed to identify candidates who are not only technically qualified for a position, but who are the right fit for the wider organisational culture, ensuring long term success.

Maria has a Masters in HR management from CESMA Business School Madrid and a Bachelors in Psychology from Universidad CEU San Pablo Madrid. She also has an Executive Coaching diploma from Escuela Europea de coaching Madrid.
