Overview
Liz is a senior consultant in the Strategy Team. Her areas of focus are strategy development and implementation, organisational development and performance assessment of leadership and boards.
Liz has over 15 years’ experience in the global development and humanitarian sectors, working at programme, country and head office levels with the UN and INGOs. In recent years, Liz has focused on strategy development and implementation for large NGOs, building on her solid foundation and understanding of sector trends and programme work. She worked with a large INGO as their Senior Strategy Advisor with key responsibilities around strategy development, strategy review and strategy implementation, including strategic resource allocation.
Liz is energized by strategic thinking and problem-solving. Her work is underpinned by a deep appreciation and knowledge of the sector coupled with strong participatory and co-creation approaches.
Liz holds a Master of Law in International Human Rights from the Irish Centre for Human Rights, National University of Ireland, Galway.

Liz has extensive regional experience in East and Southern Africa, and has previously worked for organisations including Trócaire, Misean Cara, Rosminians East Africa.
