Overview

Léa is an experienced research consultant, capable of finding the right candidate for the most challenging roles. She has in-depth knowledge and a background in International Law and diplomacy, and a passion for human rights.

Léa has the expertise necessary for understanding the complicated space occupied by Multilateral Agencies and NGOS and has supported over 40 search projects by sourcing high-level profiles. She is committed to finding unique talent for complex assignments across the globe, using innovative recruiting and search techniques, as well as making sure to create a positive candidate and client experience.

Lea holds a Masters in International and European Law from the University of Grenoble and a Bachelor of Law from the Université Paris II Panthéon Assas.
