Overview

Felicity Kinoti is a Human Resources Consultant with over 15 years of experience in Strategic HR Management within International Development and Private sector organisations. She has worked in roles that involve Talent acquisition, conceptualisation, development and implementation of organisational Human Resources strategy with frequently changing HR needs in several countries in Africa.

Felicity has Master’s degree (MBA Human Resources Management) and Bachelor of Arts Degree both from the University of Nairobi. Felicity held several Senior Management roles in various organisations.

Felicity has provided consultancy services to a range of development and implementing organisations including Palladium LLC and Palladium Development and Consultancy Kenya, Dexis Consulting Group, Population Reference Bureau (PRB), Conservation International (CI), UNDP, IPPF-Africa Region, Kenya Transition Initiative (KTI)/ USAID.
