Colm is experienced in sourcing candidates for high profile and sought-after positions across multilateral agencies and NGOs. He takes a dedicated and analytical approach to every research assignment he is given and delivers high-quality results.

Colm’s unique and diversified background in accounts and operations management, as well as non-profits and on-the-ground experience in the Global South, gives him a specialised insight into client needs across a range of roles.

Colm holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from NUI Galway, two Master’s Degrees in Marketing and International Relations from NUI Galway and University College Dublin, respectively, and a HDip in Software Engineering from Dublin Business School.

Colm has supported searches, including the assessment and placement of highly qualified individuals within the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), European Investment Bank (EIB), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), United Nations Development Programme (UNPD) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
