With a master’s degree in human resources management from Trinity College Dublin and professional certifications from leading organizations such as CIPD and SHRM, Apoorva brings a wealth of expertise and experience as a Consultant. She collaborates with global organizations committed to making a lasting impact across the world and supports them in finding and hiring senior executives who share their vision and mission, and who can lead and inspire their teams. With a focus on development finance, Apoorva has worked on a number of senior leadership appointments, more recently, in the Climate Change/Finance, Gender & Diversity, Food & Agriculture space.  Her most recent assignments include supporting the World Bank with the appointment of CIFs CEO, working with IaDB to appoint Special Advisors on Climate Change and Gender & Diversity, and DDG-R position at ICRISAT (a global agriculture institution and part of one CG system), among others.

An Indian national, based in Dublin, Apoorva leverages skills in process improvement, process creation, and business partnerships to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. She is bilingual (Hindi and English) and has experience of supporting global organisations across Europe, Africa, Asia, LATAM and America. Before joining SRI Executive, Apoorva contributed to global leadership staffing at TikTok in their Trust & Safety function, aimed at making the platform safe and supporting law enforcement to regulate the safety more broadly. With a passion for diversity and inclusion, Apoorva brings diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, serving as a diversity ally and change agent committed to empowering growth and development for our clients and SRI Executive.
