Overview

Anushka Siddiqui works for SRI Executive as a Consulting Manager with a specialisation in Organisational Development. She has seven years of experience in strategy consulting internationally, with over five years in the social impact sector. Before joining SRI Executive, Anushka was a Manager at The Bridgespan Group, and worked with nonprofits, philanthropists and impact investors to advance learning and accelerate the impact of their work and philanthropy. She has also collaborated and co-authored reports on topics including strengthening nonprofit resilience and building an organisational development plan. Anushka has prior work experience with McKinsey & Company and Samagra Development Associates in India.

Anushka holds a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University, where she received a full scholarship and was designated a John F. Kennedy Fellow. Anushka also holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Delhi University and has completed the prestigious Young India Fellowship from Ashoka University.
